The new air induction system kit comes with the air filter box fitted with a PowerCore filter, air restriction gauge, temperature sensor, air inlet duct, battery blanket, battery box plate, necessary fasteners and complete installation instructions. The kit installs in 35 to 40 minutes and there are no extra parts to buy. Greater Filter Capacity
More capacity means more engine protection. The PowerCore air filter has over 16 times more media surface area than washable filters, and 3 times the media surface of conventional filters. The PowerCore air filter has five times more dust holding capacity than washable/reusable air filters and twice the capacity over premium quality traditional filters. AMSOIL now offers Donaldson PowerCore filters for John Deere and Freightliner applications. These OEM- recommended filters feature the same rugged, fluted design available in previously introduced PowerCore filtration products. The primary filter available for the John Deere 6020 Series fits both the four cyllinder and six cylinder models, however the four cylinder and six cylinder tractors cannot use the same secondary filter.
Request more information. By-Pass Filter Systems The Ea By-Pass Oil Filter (EaBP) provides the best possible filtration protection against wear and oil degradation. Working in conjunction with the engine’s full-flow oil filter, the AMSOIL Ea By-Pass Filter operates by filtering oil on a “partial-flow” basis. It draws approximately 10 percent of the oil pump’s capacity at any one time and traps the extremely small, wear-causing contaminants that full-flow filters can’t remove. The AMSOIL Ea Bypass Filter typically filters all the oil in the system several times an hour, so the engine continuously receives analytically clean oil. 
Ford 6.0L Power Stroke™ Diesels
To ease installation of the BMK11 on 2003 and later model Ford pickups equipped with the 6.0L Power Stroke™ diesel engine, AMSOIL provides the new Aluminum Billet Oil Filter Cap (BK1101), the Aluminum Billet Oil Fill Cap (BK1102) and the 90-degree JIC Elbow (BP242). These new high-quality billet aluminum caps replace the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) filter cap and oil fill cap. The new caps have holes tapped in them that accept the JIC elbows for hose connectors. 
Higher Efficiency
AMSOIL EaBP Filters have an efficiency of 98.7 percent at two microns. At normal operating RPMs the EaBP Filter will filter all of the oil in a typical five quart sump in less than 10 minutes. Superior Construction

When used in conjunction with AMSOIL motor oil and an AMSOIL EaO or Donaldson Endurance™ filter, the EaBP should be changed every other full-flow filter change up to 60,000 miles. When used with other brands of motor oil or full-flow filters, the EaBP Filter should be changed every other full-flow filter change. AMSOIL has designed a new high-efficiency by-pass filter element that is also a soot removal device. AMSOIL Ea By-Pass Filters use a synthetic/cellulose sandwiched media. The inner layer of the element is composed of a highly efficient cellulose media covered with a full synthetic media outer layer. These filters remove 39 percent of soot contaminants less than one micron. Soot removal efficiency increases approximately 10 to 14 percent when the EaBP Filter is used in conjunction with a standard full-flow filter. AMSOIL Cold Flow Improver for diesel fuel is designed for use in Ultra Low Sulfur Diesel fuel (ULSD) and conventional fuels. It functions by modifying wax crystal formation at low temperatures to depress the pour point and improve cold flow filtration properties. AMSOIL Cold Flow Improver contains jet fuel-type deicer to help prevent ice formation in fuels contaminated with water. It is recommended for use with all diesel engines and is compatible with diesel exhaust particulate filters (DPFs). AMSOIL Cold Flow Improver is recommended for use in #2 diesel fuel, #1 diesel fuel, kerosene, heating oil and biodiesel. Add AMSOIL Cold Flow Improver to diesel fuel above the fuel cloud point, which is the temperature wax crystals begin to form. Diesel fuel cloud point varies greatly with some lesser-quality diesel fuels forming wax as warm as 40° F (4°C). AMSOIL recommends treating diesel fuel at a minimum of 32°F (0°C), insuring the fuel is properly treated inmost every case. AMSOIL Cold Flow Improver is designed to control wax crystal formation.
